Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days, based on the size of the order. During sales or peak periods, processing may take longer as all items are handmade. 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 7-8 business days 
  • Express Shipping: 3-4 business days

We partner with leading shipping agencies who generally deliver orders within 1-8 days of shipping, based on order size, delivery pin code, traffic, etc. However, these estimates are subject to change due to external factors such as holidays, strikes, or weather conditions.

Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted delivery partners like Blue Dart and Merchant Courier to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number through our shipping partner’s portal or on our website’s tracking page. If this is not received, please reach out to us on +91 81001 02569. 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to certain remote locations or military bases.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. For cash orders, reach out to us on +91 81001 02569.

Customs and Duties

There are no customs or duties applicable for shipping within India. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at dakshiniprayash@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
